Course description
The challenges faced by young adults today are different from those faced a generation ago. Changes in educational debt, family formation, and technology have left many struggling to navigate key questions of identity and purpose. In this course, Claire Hapke, LMFT, details the stressors impacting young adults, reviews the research on mental health in quarter-life, and provides guidance for therapists and counselors to help clients through this difficult and rapidly-changing stage of life.

This course does help refine and rewrite what is happening to this generation within their crisis which may be exhibiting as depression/anxiety. Thanks for presenting and for sharing information.
